At Interstella, every order is carefully prepared and quality-checked before dispatch. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and other important shipping terms.

1) Processing Time

All orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. During peak seasons, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

2) Shipping Fees

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $59 USD
• Orders below $59 USD: shipping fee is calculated at checkout

Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, courier operations, holidays, weather, and other circumstances beyond our control.

4) Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is currently available only in selected regions and is subject to delivery coverage, courier availability, address verification, and order confirmation.

For COD orders:
• A valid phone number and complete street address are required
• Our team may contact you to confirm order details before dispatch
• COD availability may vary depending on address coverage and courier policies

If an order cannot be confirmed, or if the address is incomplete or unsupported, we reserve the right to cancel the order or request an alternative payment method.

5) Important Address Notes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, recipient name, phone number, and any required delivery details at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned parcels, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping information provided by the customer.

6) Customs, Duties & Taxes

To keep checkout simple, prices and shipping fees do not include any import duties, customs fees, VAT, or local taxes unless otherwise stated.

• If your country applies import charges, they may be collected by customs or the courier upon delivery
• These charges are the customer’s responsibility
• Such charges are non-refundable by Interstella

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs charges, failed contact, or customer-side clearance issues, any resulting costs (including return shipping, handling, customs, or courier charges) may be deducted from any eligible refund or may not be recoverable depending on the courier outcome.

7) Handmade Items & No-Return Policy

Certain Interstella products are handcrafted and made with natural crystals, pearls, stones, plated components, and artisan details.

For handmade crystal bracelets, handmade crystal watch bands, handmade gemstone watch bands, handmade pearl watch bands, and other handmade accessory styles, all sales are final.

These handmade items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive with a severe and verifiable defect or are incorrect upon delivery.

Please note:
• Natural materials may vary slightly in tone, texture, pattern, shape, or visual effect
• Handmade items may show slight differences in assembly, placement, dimensions, or surface detail
• Product images, videos, lifestyle photos, and descriptions are for reference only
• Actual products may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, editing, screen display settings, manufacturing processes, and the natural characteristics of the materials used

Such minor differences do not constitute defects and are not grounds for return, exchange, or refund.

8) Delivery Delays

While we do our best to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• customs inspections or clearance delays
• flight or carrier disruptions
• weather events
• public holidays
• regional instability
• war, conflict, sanctions, or airspace restrictions
• local courier backlogs
• failed delivery attempts
• recipient unavailability
