How to Remove and Change Your Watch Band
Removing Apple Watch bands at home might seem challenging, but Apple has completely redesigned the process, making it super easy.
Whether you just bought your Apple Watch or are looking to up your style game, here are 4 simple steps to get you started.
1 . Turn Your Apple Watch Face Down
Hold your Apple Watch face-down and locate the two horizontal buttons on the back.
2 . Press On The Buttons, And Slide Out
Press down the top button and slide the top band out. Repeat for the other side.
3 . Slide In Your New Apple Watch Strap
- Ensure both the watch and strap are facing the same direction, then slide in the new strap without pressing the buttons.
- Make sure both the Apple Watch and the bands are facing the same direction.
4 . Ensure Your Apple Watch Strap Is Securely Locked
Gently pull and shake the connectors sideways to ensure your strap is securely in place. If installed upside down, the
connectors could scratch your hand and fail to lock properly.

Dismantling Direction
If there is an arrow mark on the back of the watch chain, then the direction pointed by the arrow is the direction in which the watch axis is pushed out.
Tool Functions
Watchband Link Remover: Used to adjust the length of the watch band.
Place the watch band on the remover in the direction of the watchband arrow, align the needle with the circular hole on the watchband, and rotate to push out the needle.
Used for separating the watchband and dial.
Used for tapping needle into the band link.
Used to remover the screw on the watchband links.
