Interstella


1) Overview

Interstella offers both handcrafted made-to-order items and standard metal products.
Due to the nature of our materials and craftsmanship, return eligibility varies by product category.

This policy is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not exclude any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.


2) Order Changes & Cancellation

Please review all order details carefully before checkout.

  • Orders may be cancelled only before shipment by contacting info@interstellashop.com.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.


3) Handmade Collections

(Crystal / Gemstone / Pearl / Miyuki)

No Returns, No Exchanges

All items in our Handmade Collections are:

  • Individually handcrafted

  • Made with natural or artisan materials

  • Unique in color, structure, and assembly

  • Not suitable for resale once shipped

Returns, exchanges, repairs, or refunds are not accepted for handmade items under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Preference or expectation differences

  • Natural material variations

  • Minor imperfections inherent to handcrafted work

Limited Exception — Critical Defect on Arrival

If a handmade item arrives with a severe and verifiable manufacturing defect or critical damage during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.

After review, replacement of the same item (or closest available alternative) may be offered at our sole discretion.

No repairs, partial refunds, or exchanges are offered for handmade items.


4) Standard Products

(Metal Apple Watch Bands)

We accept returns for standard metal bands only within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Show no signs of damage, wear, scratches, resizing, or impact

  • Include original packaging and all components

  • Be suitable for resale as new

Restocking Fee

Approved returns for metal products are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, deducted from the refund.

This fee covers inspection, handling, processing, and inventory reconditioning costs.


5) Non-Returnable Cases

  • Handmade collections (Section 3)

  • Used or damaged items

  • Items damaged due to impact, misuse, or improper handling

  • Returns without prior authorization

  • Items missing original packaging or components


6) Return Process (Metal Products Only)

  1. Email info@interstellashop.com with your order number and return request.

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.

  3. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.


7) Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If the order included free shipping, the standard shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

  • Restocking fees (if applicable) will be deducted before refund issuance.

Refund timing depends on your payment provider and bank.


8) Damage & Care Disclaimer

The following are not covered:

  • Damage caused by impact, dropping, crushing, or accidents

  • Breakage of crystals, gemstones, or pearls due to force

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by chemicals, perfume, or improper care

Natural materials are inherently fragile and require careful handling.


9) Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

All prices and shipping fees exclude import duties, customs fees, and local taxes.
Any such charges are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
