Refund & Return Policy

At Interstella, return eligibility depends on the type of item purchased and the condition in which it is returned. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

This policy is provided in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

1) Overview

Interstella offers both handcrafted made-to-order items and selected standard products, including Jewelry Earbuds.

Due to the nature of our materials, craftsmanship, and product categories, return eligibility varies by product type.

2) Order Changes & Cancellation

Please review all order details carefully before checkout.

• Orders may be cancelled only before shipment by contacting info@interstellashop.com
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified

3) Handmade Collections

(Crystal / Gemstone / Pearl / Miyuki / Handmade Watch Bands / Handmade Bracelets / Handmade Accessories)

No Returns, No Exchanges

All items in our Handmade Collections are individually handcrafted and made with natural or artisan materials.

Because of the nature of these products, handmade items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once shipped, except in the case of a severe and verifiable defect or an incorrect item received.

This includes, but is not limited to:
• handmade crystal bracelets
• handmade crystal watch bands
• handmade gemstone watch bands
• handmade pearl watch bands
• handmade beaded accessories
• other handmade accessory styles

Please note that natural materials and handmade craftsmanship may result in slight differences in color, tone, texture, pattern, symmetry, dimensions, stone inclusions, bead arrangement, surface detail, and overall appearance.

Minor variations and natural handmade differences do not constitute defects and are not grounds for return, exchange, or refund.

Limited Exception — Critical Defect on Arrival

If a handmade item arrives with a severe and verifiable manufacturing defect or critical transit damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.

After review, a replacement of the same item, or the closest available alternative, may be offered at our sole discretion.

4) Eligible Returnable Products

(Jewelry Earbuds / Open-Ear Earbuds / Other products specifically marked as returnable)

We accept returns for eligible returnable products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility Conditions

Returned items must:
• Be unused and unworn beyond reasonable inspection
• Show no signs of damage, wear, scratches, impact, residue, hygiene concerns, misuse, or improper handling
• Include original packaging and all components originally supplied
• Include all accessories, attachments, charging items, inserts, manuals, and gift-included parts where applicable
• Be suitable for resale as new

For Jewelry Earbuds / Open-Ear Earbuds specifically:
• The product must not show signs of extended use, charging-port damage, pairing abuse, drops, water damage, ear-contact residue, or missing parts
• The charging case, charging cable, decorative accessories, and all originally included components must be returned together
• Returns may be refused if the item is not in clean, complete, and fully resalable condition

5) Non-Returnable Cases

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
• handmade collections described in Section 3
• used or damaged items
• items damaged due to impact, misuse, improper charging, improper storage, water exposure beyond normal daily-use conditions, or improper handling
• returns without prior authorization
• items missing original packaging or components
• final sale, clearance, custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items

6) Product Images, Natural Materials & Display Disclaimer

Product images, videos, lifestyle photos, and descriptive materials are provided for illustrative and reference purposes only.

We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible. However:
• Colors, shine, tone, and visual effect may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, editing, and screen display settings
• Natural crystals, pearls, stones, plated parts, and handcrafted details may show natural inclusions, tonal variation, pattern differences, minor asymmetry, and slight dimensional differences
• Minor differences caused by natural materials, normal craftsmanship, or display settings do not constitute defects

7) Earbuds Performance, Fit & Function Notice

Our Jewelry Earbuds and Open-Ear Earbuds are designed for everyday listening and style-focused wear.

Actual performance may vary depending on factors including but not limited to:
• ear shape
• wearing method
• usage habits
• surrounding interference
• device compatibility
• Bluetooth version
• operating system
• software settings
• environment and network conditions

Please note:
• Fit and comfort are subjective and may vary by individual
• Sound quality perception may vary depending on listening preference, hearing sensitivity, audio source quality, and real-world usage conditions
• Battery life, connection stability, latency, pairing speed, and sound performance are measured under specific test conditions and may differ in real-world use
• Water and sweat resistance applies only to normal daily-use conditions and does not mean the product is waterproof
• The product is not suitable for swimming, showering, soaking, or full water immersion

Unless the item is defective, differences in personal preference, listening experience, fit, comfort, or expectation do not by themselves qualify the item as defective.

8) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:
• your order number
• a brief description of the issue
• clear photos and/or video showing the problem

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

9) Return Process

For approved return requests:
1. Email info@interstellashop.com with your order number and return request
2. Include the item name, reason for return, and clear photos or video if relevant
3. Wait for return approval and instructions before shipping anything back
4. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

10) Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed to be severely defective, critically damaged on arrival, or incorrectly sent
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law
• If an order originally qualified for free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law

11) Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

• Refund processing time depends on your bank or payment provider
• If the return does not meet the policy requirements, the refund may be reduced or refused
• Any non-recoverable shipping, handling, customs, or courier-related charges may be deducted where applicable

We do not guarantee direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, you may request a return for an eligible item first, subject to approval, and place a new order separately.
