• Handmade Items: Due to their custom handcrafted nature, returns are not accepted once shipped (final sale), except for severe manufacturing defects reported within 7 days.
• A flat-rate $8.00 restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and duties.
• 3-Month Limited Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects on most products. Does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper care of handmade/crystal items.
