What is the return policy for Handmade Collections?

Our Handmade Collections (including Crystal, Gemstone, Pearl, Miyuki, Handmade Watch Bands, Bracelets, and other Accessories) are truly special. Each piece is individually handcrafted using natural or artisan materials. Because of their unique nature, all handmade items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once shipped.
This includes, but is not limited to: handmade crystal bracelets, handmade crystal watch bands, handmade gemstone watch bands, handmade pearl watch bands, handmade beaded accessories, and other handmade accessory styles.
Please remember that natural materials and handmade craftsmanship mean there might be slight variations in color, tone, texture, pattern, symmetry, dimensions, stone inclusions, bead arrangement, surface detail, and overall appearance. These minor differences are part of the charm of handmade items and are not considered defects, therefore they are not grounds for return, exchange, or refund.

What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos/video. After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.

For U.S. Orders: Return shipping is free. However, a flat-rate $8.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law. If your order qualified for free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

How are refunds processed?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing time depends on your bank or payment provider. If the return does not meet our policy requirements, the refund may be reduced or refused. What does the warranty NOT cover? (Exclusions and Limitations)

Our limited warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Interstella Shop and to the original, end-use purchaser. It does not apply to any non-Interstella Shop product, even if packaged or sold with our product. This warranty covers normal use as per any written instructions. It does not cover damage caused by:
Accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the product.
Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, surface damage).
Excessive motion or use during activities for which the product is not intended.
