We understand that sometimes plans change. You can cancel your order only before it has been shipped by contacting us at info@interstellashop.com. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
What is the return policy for Handmade Collections?
Our Handmade Collections (including Crystal, Gemstone, Pearl, Miyuki, Handmade Watch Bands, Bracelets, and other Accessories) are truly special. Each piece is individually handcrafted using natural or artisan materials. Because of their unique nature, all handmade items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once shipped.
This includes, but is not limited to: handmade crystal bracelets, handmade crystal watch bands, handmade gemstone watch bands, handmade pearl watch bands, handmade beaded accessories, and other handmade accessory styles.
Please remember that natural materials and handmade craftsmanship mean there might be slight variations in color, tone, texture, pattern, symmetry, dimensions, stone inclusions, bead arrangement, surface detail, and overall appearance. These minor differences are part of the charm of handmade items and are not considered defects, therefore they are not grounds for return, exchange, or refund.
What if my handmade item arrives damaged or defective?
We meticulously inspect every handmade item before shipping. However, if your handmade item arrives with a severe and verifiable manufacturing defect or critical transit damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo or video evidence. After our review, we may offer a replacement of the same item, or the closest available alternative, at our sole discretion.

•Include original packaging and all components originally supplied.

Product images, videos, and descriptions are provided for illustration. We strive for accuracy, but please note:
•Colors, shine, tone, and visual effect may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, editing, and screen display settings.
•Natural crystals, pearls, stones, plated parts, and handcrafted details may show natural inclusions, tonal variation, pattern differences, minor asymmetry, and slight dimensional differences.
These minor differences are inherent to natural materials and craftsmanship and do not constitute defects.

Our Jewelry Earbuds and Open-Ear Earbuds are designed for everyday listening and style. Performance can vary based on factors like ear shape, wearing method, usage habits, device compatibility, and environment. Fit and comfort are subjective. Sound quality, battery life, and connection stability are measured under specific test conditions and may differ in real-world use. Water and sweat resistance applies to normal daily use, not full immersion.
Differences in personal preference, listening experience, fit, comfort, or expectation do not qualify an item as defective unless there is an actual product defect.
What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos/video. After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.

What are the return shipping costs and fees?
•For U.S. Orders: Return shipping is free. However, a flat-rate $8.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total.
•For International Orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes. A flat-rate $8.00 restocking fee will also be deducted from your refund total.
•Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law. If your order qualified for free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
How are refunds processed?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing time depends on your bank or payment provider. If the return does not meet our policy requirements, the refund may be reduced or refused. Any non-recoverable shipping, handling, customs, or courier-related charges may be deducted where applicable.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may request a return for an eligible item first (subject to approval), and then place a new order separately.
Is there a limit to how many returns I can make?
To ensure fair practices and prevent abuse of our return system, customers may initiate up to three (3) returns within a six (6) month period. After this limit, any additional return requests within that timeframe will be automatically rejected. This policy is in place to ensure responsible return practices.

Interstella Shop offers a 3-month limited warranty from the date of delivery for most eligible products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This means if there's an issue with how the product was made or the materials used, we'll address it.
Special Note for Handmade and Crystal Products: Due to the delicate nature of handmade and crystal items, they require careful use and maintenance. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper care, excessive force, or exposure to harsh chemicals. Please refer to our product care guidelines for best practices to ensure the longevity of these unique pieces.
What does the warranty NOT cover? (Exclusions and Limitations)
Our limited warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Interstella Shop and to the original, end-use purchaser. It does not apply to any non-Interstella Shop product, even if packaged or sold with our product. This warranty covers normal use as per any written instructions. It does not cover damage caused by:
•Accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the product.
•Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, surface damage).
•Excessive motion or use during activities for which the product is not intended.
Are there any other warranties?
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty and the remedies described above are exclusive and replace all other warranties, remedies, and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied. Interstella Shop specifically disclaims any and all implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If Interstella Shop cannot lawfully disclaim or exclude implied warranties under applicable law, then to the extent possible any claims under such implied warranties shall expire upon the expiration of the Warranty Period. No Interstella Shop reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interstella Shop is not responsible for direct, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory whatsoever. This includes, without limitation, any costs of replacing personal property (such as devices used with or carried in our products), or the loss of, or costs of recovering or reproducing any program or data stored in a device used with or carried in our products, even if Interstella Shop has been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the entire liability of Interstella Shop shall be limited to the replacement or repair of the product, or the amount actually paid by you for the product.
